Hello. My name is Toni Lumiella. I am a Swiss Federal Certified Trainer, Microsoft Office Specialist Master, Microsoft Certified Trainer, Product Manager CAS, and certified audio engineer.

Teaching has been my passion for over 30 years. Since the turn of the millennium, I have been working as a trainer for Office/Windows and other applications. I am a Microsoft Office professional through and through.

I really enjoy sharing knowledge with practical examples and lots of useful tips and tricks, and this is always greatly appreciated by participants (see customer feedback).

I work in both the B2B and B2C sectors, i.e. for companies, schools, administrations, departements, and private individuals. From individual coaching to classes of 40 participants.

Languages of instruction: Swiss German, standard German, Italian, and English.

Until early 2019, I worked almost exclusively for Digicomp Academy AG (Switzerland), where I spent ten years as Head of Office Applications and seven years as Product Manager for Office Applications, as well as two years responsible for Publishing (Adobe), Apple, Abacus, FileMaker, and CAD/3D printing.

From 2007 to 2019, I wrote all the course materials for the Digicomp Office courses (>50 course materials, for more than 30,000 participants) and also created specific course materials, templates (Word/PowerPoint), calculation tools (Excel), assessments for testing employees' knowledge in the Office area, learning videos, and blog posts (text and videos) for Digicomp and various magazines.

As a certified audio engineer, I am also very knowledgeable about audio and can therefore offer support in the dubbing of commercials, jingles, etc. I have my own recording studio.

In addition to training courses, you can also hire me to create Word/Excel/PowerPoint templates in accordance with CI/CD, assessments, educational videos, blog posts (text or video), course materials, or other documents, as well as to provide voiceovers for commercials, etc.
