Office 365 bietet eine F\u00fclle von Anwendungen f\u00fcr den digitalen Arbeitsplatz.<\/p>\n<p>Ein KMU hat jedoch andere Bed\u00fcrfnisse und Anforderungen, als ein Grosskonzern. Microsoft entspricht diesen Anforderungen mit unterschiedlichen Pl\u00e4nen, also Mietmodellen, wie z.B. E1, E3, E5, Office 365 Business (-\/Premium\/Essentials).<\/p>\n<p>Nebst den Microsoft-Apps k\u00f6nnen weitere Apps von Drittanbietern integriert werden. Diese F\u00fclle von Apps verursacht aber leider auch, dass es redundante M\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr die gleiche Arbeit gibt. Als Unternehmen bzw. als IT-Verantwortliche(n) sollte man sich dies bewusst sein und entsprechend mit einer Arbeitsgruppe erarbeiten, mit welchen Apps gearbeitet werden soll. Ob dies nun nur Guidelines oder effektive Einschr\u00e4nkungen bedeutet, muss in jedem Fall spezifisch definiert werden. Lassen Sie Office 365 einfach auf die Mitarbeitenden los, ist l\u00e4ngerfristig ein &#171;Sodom-und-Gomorra&#187; vorprogrammiert. Hier braucht es definitiv Schulungen!<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-1 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-three\" style=\"--awb-margin-top:20px;--awb-margin-bottom:0px;--awb-margin-top-small:0px;--awb-margin-right-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-small:20px;--awb-margin-left-small:0px;\"><h3 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:22;--minFontSize:22;line-height:1.91;\">Welche Apps sind f\u00fcr die Anwender von grossem Nutzen?<\/h3><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\"><ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>OneDrive<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Office Web-Apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote)<\/li>\n<li>SharePoint Online<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Teams<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Planner<\/li>\n<li>Delve<\/li>\n<li>Whiteboard<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-2 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-three\" style=\"--awb-margin-top:20px;--awb-margin-bottom:0px;--awb-margin-top-small:0px;--awb-margin-right-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-small:20px;--awb-margin-left-small:0px;\"><h3 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:22;--minFontSize:22;line-height:1.91;\"><h3>Zus\u00e4tzliche Apps f\u00fcr PowerUser<\/h3><\/h3><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"><ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Flow<\/li>\n<li>PowerApps<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-3 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-three\" style=\"--awb-margin-top:20px;--awb-margin-bottom:0px;--awb-margin-top-small:0px;--awb-margin-right-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-small:20px;--awb-margin-left-small:0px;\"><h3 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:22;--minFontSize:22;line-height:1.91;\">Apps die eingestellt werden<\/h3><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\"><p>Skype for Business kann bei neuen Konten bereits nicht mehr aktiviert werden und wird per Ende Juli 2021 eingestellt. Microsoft Teams ist der Nachfolger. Hier sollte also im Laufe des kommenden Jahres langsam aber sicher migriert werden, falls Sie noch Skype for Business einsetzen.<\/p>\n<p>Die App &#171;Video&#187; besteht zurzeit neben der neueren App &#171;Stream&#187; und wird deshalb wohl in naher Zukunft eingestampft.<\/p>\n<p>Auch das Dasein von Yammer wurde durch die Einf\u00fchrung von Teams bedr\u00e4ngt. Yammer wird als unternehmensweite Kommunikationsplattform, also dem Social Network des Unternehmens positioniert. Allerdings gibt es auch da Redundanzen zu Microsoft Teams. Deshalb wird wohl auch Yammer eher fr\u00fcher als sp\u00e4ter Geschichte sein.
